I had looked in Springfield for the new Honda Navi but with no luck. I called Jay Hatfield Motorsports who had one in stock but not in the color I had hoped. Teresa, the incredible sales person there, took it upon herself to FIND me one in the color I wanted and had it ready to pick up in a couple of days!! I have bought 2 units from Jay Hatfield. A new four-wheeler 2 years ago and then this year a new side by side. I have thoroughly enjoyed working with all of their staff. Their sales team are great, their finance team are great and their service team are great. They have always done what they said they would do and always taken care of me.
Had my 4 wheeler for 6 weeks. 3 weeks of that was dealing with a recall. They didn't even try til get the recall parts until the clutch was replaced and it took weeks to receive those. I was looking for a new place to service my Polaris products. Still looking.
This place is awesome. I was greeted when I came through the door, and taken care of to the end. Zach was my sales associate and was great. I got my dream motorcycle for my birthday and could not be happier. Thanks guys.
I purchased a brand new motorcycle from them and I’ve had service work completed at the location as well. The sales, finance, and service departments were all top-notch. They were quick efficient and he did an excellent job. I would highly recommend them for purchasing something as well as having it serviced by them.
